The rural lands of Wakatū are primarily based around Motueka, and include agricultural farms, orchards and vineyards.

Our rural land interests are of great importance and fulfil a number of roles. They are:

 

• the cultural heartland for Wakatū and its shareholders

• the basis of our farming activities

• an important part of our leased property portfolio

• a source of development land as Motueka grows.
